What is the difference between the 200-hour and 300-hour programs?
The 200-hour program is the foundation certification for anyone starting their yoga teaching journey. The 300-hour program is for teachers who have already completed a 200-hour training and want to deepen their knowledge and expand their teaching skills with more advanced content.
No prior teaching experience is needed for the 200-hour program. A personal yoga practice is helpful. For the 300-hour program, a completed 200-hour teacher training is required. Get in touch and we can discuss which program is the right fit for where you are now.
