200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. 500 Hour Training is available on request.
Location
Private Studio, Salt Lake City, Utah. Accommodation available for out-of-town students.
Class Size
Only 10 students per batch for a more personal learning experience.
Schedule
Saturdays 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Tuesday and Thursday 5:00 AM to 8:00 AM.

Meet the Faculty
Santosh Maknikar
Founder and Lead Teacher
Born in Latur, India, Santosh Maknikar has practiced traditional yoga since he was five years old. A passionate teacher of the discipline, he opened the Santosh Yoga Institute after moving to the United States in 2005.
Maknikarโs belief in the transformative self-understanding led to him also founding the non-profit organization Yoga for People, an initiative with the simple goal of making yoga available to all despite their social, financial or geographical constraints. View his message here.
